Shanena Mitchell, owner and founder, has been serving Nevada as an electronic notary public since 2017. She has also been a professional Business Administrator worked for several years in big companies and has experience in management and customer service.

Her mission is to assist all of the United States with a complete service: notarizations, apostille services, signing agent, wedding officiant services and more. These have been strategically added services which provide a complete solution for customers.

I’ve provided reliable notary services for over 5 years and stay up-to-date on Nevada’s notary laws through constant education so that I can handle various forms and situations. I have extensive experience with most personal and business documents.

A notary is an agent who witnesses signatures on all types of documents. My most requested service is the administrating of oaths and taking acknowledgements under Nevada notary laws on documents. An acknowledgement is a person’s sworn statement that he/she signed a document of his/her own free will. I verify a signer’s identity, sign the document, and apply my notary stamp to it.
