FAQ's

Q: Do you provide the document?
A: No. We do not provide any documents. You as the customer must possess whatever document you need notarized.

Q: What form of ID do I need?
A: Any official identification with your name and picture on it. Most common forms are State ID, driver’s license, passport, or Military ID.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We mainly accept cash. But will take checks or forms of electronic payment in certain cases. With all transactions customers receive a receipt or invoice.

Q: Can I come to your location?
A: No. We are a remote service, so we meet online. We can meet in person upon request (travel fees apply). There is NO location for any customer to come to.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: A proper form of ID (State ID, driver’s license, passport, Military ID), and your document that needs to be notarized.

Q: Can you notarize something without the signer present?
A: No. The signer needs to prove to the notary who they are and sign their document in our presence.

Q: How late are you open?
A: We are a 24-hour business. So, whenever you are looking for service or to inquire certain information, you can make an appointment or call anytime! It is our pleasure to assist you no matter the time of day.

Q: How soon can I make an appointment?
A: You can make an appointment for the same day or for weeks into the future. I will do my best to accommodate you.

Q: Where do you travel?
A: Across the whole Great State of Nevada. We are centrally located in the Las Vegas area, but can easily reach you in whatever city and state you reside in.
